Thank you! Seems slightly insane but here I am mending my wife’s jeans for her with a pink patch…I’d never have predicted I’d find myself doing this at 40. 😂 Great video, helping me figure it out, fat fingers and all. Haven’t figured out a design or anything fashionable…maybe next time.

Thank you for the tutorial! I had a very last-minute plan to make some old scrolls with spells and need it done tomorrow morning. I printed on the paper (laserjet), tore the edges and used the tea method. They're drying now but already looks great! (and I used berry tea so they have a nice scent ^-^)

What is the name and thype sew machine do u use?
@ChristinesCrafts3 күн бұрын
I was using a Janome that was very inexpensive but now I am using my mum's old Pfaff sewing machine from the 1990s. My advice is purchase a cheap machine if you will hardly ever use it but if you are serious about sewing do your research and invest a bit more.

Yep, I'll be adding this to my list. I like embroidery & tapestry - and needle punching (though I only like the flat side - not so keen on the tufted side). I think I could work up some bigger canvases quite quickly with this method. I have to try it, at least! Thanks for posting.

@@mkpizzello7650 yes, you could make a shawl pin like this. Or you could make an ordinary Dorsey button. There is a link to that video in the description. I believe there are many different styles, perhaps I should do another style or two. 😀
