Learn the monsters pattern move, and Learn how to do an i-frame dodge (it's better if you don't have companions when learning the monsters moves)

I recommend Evasion skill to practice dodging, but the most important is master the monster's moves.

It's not possible particularly with Longsword, as I can only increase my attack to 300+ with Heroics and not exceeding 400.
