Those pine cones are beautiful! Love the color variations on them! Where are you located? I’m from Texas and all we have are the dark brown ones.

Hi. How do you attach the pinecones to the wire wreath-hot glue or wire?

I love your collection of labels, I too have been collecting labels for a few years now, I usually only keep unique, pretty, or fun labels. Right now, mine are in a jar, but I have thought of putting them in a binder with clear pockets like fir baseball cards, etc, so they can be easily looked at and enjoyed! You have a lovely collection of labels!

I'm no weakling but I can NOT cut pinecones with garden shears. Maybe the pinecones here are extra fibrous but no shears will cut them. I tried loppers and they did not work. The pinecones in your video are only a third the length of those we find here. I'm at a loss.

Thank you for doing this! Would you give me permission to use the last 15 seconds of it on a promotional piece I'm having done about my work "Life Purpose Illuminations"? My logo is one of my own blooms. I was wondering last night if anyone has done a timed release and was so excited to see yours! Blessings to you Vicarious ~ Oshi

You have a lot of great information to give us but I could hardly hear you and you need to figure out a different way to film this.
@vicariousshenanigans245 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching, I have checked the sound on a variety of devices in our home, phones, tablet, laptop, PC, with and without headphones, and can hear it, sorry that is an issue, I only have my phone to film currently. I have been quite ill for several months, a whole box of pine cones are waiting, hopefully I can get back to some shenanigans soon. Again, sorry you had issues with this video, not my intention at all.
@ramar815 жыл бұрын
Vicarious Shenanigans i do hope you get to feeling better. i do think it’s how softy you are speaking. Anyway. i was able to get through you video and am looking forward to doing my pinecones. Thank you

@@ramar81 I am rather a shy, soft spoken person to begin with, one reason I started this channel was to help myself get over some of my social anxiety and improve myself. Have fun with your pinecones, they are so fun, I have been dreaming up some new ideas while I recover. :)
@vicariousshenanigans245 жыл бұрын
I added links to part 2 of this video, the one I made showing how to cut them (filming is better and hopefully my speaking is better too) and one with some wreaths I made if you are interested.

I hate to be mean because I love it when people share their crafts with us but I ask the person who made this video.... would you watch this video if someone else made it? I'm gonna bet the answer is NO. You don't need to buy a tripod, just sit your phone/camera on something to balance it and get the view then you don't have to hold it with one hand. You showed us nothing... no part of you creating anything nor did you show a finished project. You are mumbling the whole video and I can't hear anything you are saying and my volume is on full blast. You could have mumbled the meaning of life but no one will understand it. Are we a joke to you??
@vicariousshenanigans245 жыл бұрын
I apologize my attempts were so troubling to you. And no, you and everyone else are certainly not a joke to me, I cannot imagine what would make you think that. I hope your day/week has improved.
