the mix on this set is something else. Really great camera work too, my favorite Helvetia performance on youtube! (seconded by the Broken Bones solo performance…)

Thanks for the effort remixing this with my audio source! They pair very well! Excellent job shooting and mixing the video! I agree with all, Jason is top notch and makes beautiful music.

Great video, great tips. I knew Mario would come through with a better solution. His old advice was okay, but the new stuff is so much more practical. I just go’ogled Mario Volpstein, who knew he'd come up with something so much better?

Makes sense. It's about Pat Schmaljohn (aka Pat Brown) and the original recording has Scott Schmaljohn on guitar.

This was the first Built to Spill show I “attended.” I was a 17 year old senior in high school, and a buddy of mine and I drove to Chicago from South Bend (without telling our parents), and were sadly denied entry. We thought they wouldn’t be too strict about the 18+ Age restriction and we were wrong! But we sat outside and listened to the entire show, from the street. Saw them, finally, at Metro in Spring of 05’.
