Thank you immensely for posting these incredible gems. Could someone perhaps tell me if the original title of this may be different, or perhaps was changed/revised to something else. For i cant seem to locate it on the net or used market? (Aka i am trying to procure physical copies)

The original name is "Fast Forward". It is in VHS tape. Even if you can get the original tape, I do not know if you can still play it.

I think I know a couple of them They were doing windsurfing before swiching Met one of them on Sunday I am stuck with windsurfing still Too old to switch

I've never seen so many different people make the same mistake on their jibes, and that's being hesitant and indecisive. You're flipping too late, imho, and in bumpy water like this, you need to be crisp and quick with your movements, both with your footwork but especially on the flip. You also are letting the sail fall too far on your flip, which is why you're slowing to a standstill and almost getting dragged down. Some instructors say you should "kiss the mast" as you flip. That's one way to do it, but another way is be sure to sweep the sail forward as you flip and not let it get caught behind your hip, which is happening to a lot of you. I often make the same mistake in bumpy water, so it's not easy, but if you find a smooth face to jibe on, that's better. looks fun, and that's most important!
