Who are these boneheads that are dancing while the girl is singing? Unless is part of the show, when a performer sings the audience sits and listens. It's simple etiquette. Are they hillbillies?

Who are the ones cheering?? They either are people who were paid to cheer, or they have to be her friends. It's almost unbearable! She sings off key and constantly gets off track.
