I enjoyed your video, wow, is this really from 3 years old? I like all of west 60th but especially the waterline development. There is even a new pier 97 right along the water at 59th which opened this week. You probably live in the nearby area, Doing a video of certain east/west streets is a good move because most streamers do the avenues rather than the cross streets. I have seen video streams of 42nd street.

When I was a young teenager my Dad used to drive me for music lessons in the basement of an attached house on "Liberty or Lefferts,"( I get mixed up as to which one the teacher lived on) around the corner from the elevated train. It really is the only place where they seem to encourage homeownership to. Those one family homes with the backyard and driveway went for like $300,000 2008/2015 I saw online and they’re now worth $600,000 on the market. They should build more of those rather than all apartments along erskine street to keep the suburban feel. My one Knick!

I grew up in Rosedale and was always at this mall.. Alexander’s was where Target is now, and it used to have a 2 level parking lot.. Beefsteak Charlie’ s was where the Fridays is now. Crazy Eddies was where Michael’s is now. There were a bunch of stores where they put the Pet Smart, they tore that little shopping center down to build it. And where the Commons is, was the movie theater.. we would cut thru a hole in the fence from one of the blocks off Hook Creek and walk thru the theater parking lot to get to the mall. Miss those days
