ADHD is considered the "scouting" gene. Those who love to explore and discover Which requires the brain to fire in multiple directions. Scouts are visionaries, and they move the tribe to new homes, as well as move civilization to new horizons.

I love how you talk about shedding the guilt over your working frustrations! Identifying what we are good at which we can offer and lights us up, while being honest with others about what we are not willing to do because it does not bring us joy or drains us. This clarity and communication are KEY to feeling healthy & balanced and setting good boundaries for ourselves with others. Thank you for this reminder. :)
