This usually occurs when Your in a hurry and you Leave the Ram in the Lowering position instead of returning it to Hold and then you hit a bump and it snaps back past the Hold and into Raise. BUT it only occurs if your PTO is still in. I Know cause as a young fella I was always in a hurry and it happened a few times to me. Until I learned to slow down 😂

He didn’t leave it up. He probably accidentally hit the lever that raises it. There should be some kind of blocking safety mechanism to prevent that.
