Here’s how I’ve come to interpret the film: - Within Beauty there exists impurity. Freedom of expression and creativity aren’t bound to morals/set standards, and as such ideals are bound to clash (like with the screaming pillars). Beauty/creativity also frequently tests what’s within the limits of morality, which we see represented by Beauty trying Good’s patience and wounding the fist that holds back their true “moral” desires. - How Good defines itself is almost entirely through bias. Whatever Good doesn’t like (Beauty) is seen as an impurity, and Good is not afraid to resort to militaristic/forceful rule to uphold its values, even if Good itself becomes blind to its own impurities. - Truth views both Good and Beauty with equal disdain, seeing both of their impurities and finding mutual/total destruction (represented by the nuke) if both are not bound by moral/societal boundaries.

This animation is one he created in his twenties, before he had learned enough about animation, as he mentioned. It is a valuable source of inspiration in terms of demonstrating his passion and desire for animation, even before he had acquired sufficient knowledge about it.
