Flat tire at the vary end of the trail I got my 3 Daughters (24,17,and11)and the wife pit Bikes, so don’t have to be registered, We started going last season 2023 Bald eagles, hang out right where those two rivers meet and cut off the trail at the end

Zero breakfast, McDonald’s double cheeseburger and 6 piece nugget on lunch, every day during the week, and steak/ chicken 2000-2500 calories Saturday and Sunday to keep my body from adjusting to the 800 calories I was eating on weekdays
