you are doing bad on relics, you have to level up that ones that you dont use too to increase de total power in the permanent total effect.

Does the weapon gear turn into a weapon for warmonger autmatically when changing class?

If u are talking about class swap, yes. The moment u decide to change ur class, your gear automatically changes, but it keeps the values. For example, skill cryt and stun.
