I would never use a foaming cleanser on dry skin. I do use the Clarins Velvet Cleanser but I rinse off with warm water, gently pat dry but no toner for me. This routine works for me.

Clarins does not value loyal customers! Clarins actively discounted and pushed their ‘old’ serum, knowing it was sub standard to the new product! Thankfully saw this coming as soon as the discount arrived on ‘old’ Double Serum’ feel sorry for customers who thought they’d got a deal. Didn’t buy it because saw it coming 🙄, same as lip oil, new lip balm. Same thing, Clarins just want us to buy again and again. After 30 years, I’m so over you, I could be a rainbow! Bye Clarins!

I have just started using Clarins. What a great product! I am allergic to some preservatives and this product is perfect. I have 7 products and I love it all!

I just got this product, and I am very confused how to use, there's no any clear description of how to use it.... Should I use it as a make-up remove product? Or I have to use my make up remover first and then use this item ? Should I need to wash it with water or facial cleaning gel?

Love Clarins products but am so confused by the ‘rub to warm up, then press onto face’ There’s so many places that are missed because your face isn’t flat - contours, sides of nose etc. I press after applying to those parts. Seem to lose a lot of double serum into your palms but wouldn’t be without it ❤😊

Dear Rebecca, I Love Clarins so much this is why it upsets me a lot to leave the very first negative review I’ve ever left for Clarins. I’ve had a very hard couple of years with health problems and the death of my pet related to negligence at a local vet that is why I went to go to my local beauty store for which we have very few here. I went to treat myself with my absolutely favorite Clarins product which was the Orange Gentle exfoliating cleanser and I couldn’t believe it was replaced overnight. I searched online everywhere and it was replaced completely. I understand need for change but why take our favorite products we’ve loved for years and get rid of them like that? It’s a trend in the beauty industry that I do greatly dislike. I’ve lost more products this way that simply work for me. Now this is gone. I’m sorry but I don’t want to try the new one. I have no interest in that. The orange scent brought me happiness and it worked well so why get rid of it? I’m sure it’s not your personal fault. I will have to now pay ridiculous amounts on EBay and such to find it. That’s sad. Please bring it back. Why can’t you offer both? And then you can see which people like better. I remember a Clarins video on this site with another woman who demonstrated how to use this product and I had already loved it but I recall how she said how much the orange scent made her day like mine had. I wish I had known this would happen or I would have purchased a ton of it before it disappeared. Thank you for reading my message.
