205, 6 iron. Put it up in the stance a tad. Get it up high. Lands at 200, rolls out about 5 yards. Easy shot. Quit with the hybrid shit and learn how to play golf.

I want to buy this 2024 Ventus Blue 5 R or 5S Velecore + but having trouble finding one. Titleist site only lists TR shafts. Chatting with a Titleist rep online who said they don't sell split components and they haven't tested them yet. Where did you get yours to demo and buy 5 months ago? I will check tomorrow with my Tittleist fitter and see if he came up with something besides a TR. My gamer is a TSR2 at 9* with an original Diamana Blueboard Stiff 63 weight and love it. Should I stay with stiff or Regular. Swing speed just below you at 85?

@windmillcancersurvivor2568 really ??? The 2024 Blue Velocore is readily available here, if you are trying to get it as an upgrade shaft through Titleist that might be a different story. I have tried the 2024 Blue in 5s and found it a little too soft, maybe try the Blue in 6s. I've tried the Mitsubishi 1k Black 6s and found the launch too low, I'm now trying the 1k Blue 5.5s and I'm getting really good results.

If you say what club you’re hitting, you’re definitely a high handicap player. A low handicap player would ask more details: Up hill? Down hill? Wind? How much? Left to right? Right to left? Into the wind? With the wind? Time of day? Temperature? What are the greens rolling? Pin location? Any hazards to carry? Beginning of the round? Mid round? Late in the round? Time of year? There’s far more for low handicap players to consider before hitting a shot.

@adamsmith5262 No, I did not get that done. I did find that the Blue doesn't feel nearly as firm throughout. I'm thinking of switching it out maybe for the 6s.

@anderd22 those numbers were from a sc300i launch monitor, it's probably the most accurate but at least it gives me some data. The 5r felt much softer than 6s.
