Update. Only "Some" Target stores have them. If its not on your target app and available on your store, most likely its not sold on your store yet. I asked target employee on my target and they did not have them. They check it with you in their computer/device and its still not on their system yet so most likely they will not look for it. For my end, I will be just waiting for it to be in the app. You may get lucky if its in your target but just want to clarify that its only on some target and not on all target yet.

I almost got this, but the torso white is much brighter than the arms and waist. You can't really tell in this video, but it's very noticeable in person.

I used an exacto knife for carving out plastic from the inside and a liittle bit on the outside for the torso. The articulation on mine is about 40% better now.
