I met him 2 years ago and we became best friends. We played games every day after school during quarantine, he invited me into his friend group and I joined the friend group. He was there for me all the time and led me out of depression even though it took him a long time. Recently, he liked my girl best frd and I tried helping him. She told me she didn't like him bac and I promised i wouldn't tell anyone, but even after discouraging him, it didn't work so I persuaded him to confess so the rejection would come from her not me. He got mad at me, then forgave me, but he slowly pulled away from me. After one of the guys from the friend group told me that some of the guys actually didn't like who I was, I realised I sometimes were toxic and too attention seeking. The best friend told me he still liked me, but it somehow feels different now. It took me a month to get over my frdship breakup with his entire guy frd group who were all some of my closest friends yet for some reason, Im still sad that I lost my best friend. I miss him so much, its been a month and so, but it still hurts. I wish he could see me now, trying really hard to change, but I know it would never be the same again, and that's what really hurts.

2022: were gonna be friends forever and ever and we will have an apartment and be roommates..... 2023: Goodbye "sobbing" ...... 😭

I had a best friend who was like a sister to me. I knew her for almost 4 years now. I was there for her when her other friends weren't, I admit I wasn't the best but I'm not perfect. She let her girlfriend between us, I couldn't hug her because it made her girlfriend upset. She made so many promises even small ones like she'd call me but never did. Eventually she chose her other friends and her girlfriend it just sucks y'know. I did so much for her and I got thrown away and replaced just like that.
