Congratz on finishing the 2 weeks shred challenge! Great job! So, the hourglass challenge does have you spend a lot of time on all fours, but you can totally rest your weight on your forearms instead of your wrist for most of those excercises, so it should be doable for you! :) I really like the videos from that challenge, they're some of my favorites to do.

Anoushka Nair They went great! They happened to fall on days I don’t work, so I was able to space the workouts throughout the day; I like that much better than trying to do them all at once! I’m just editing my results video, and it should be out in the next day or two 😊

You're so sweet and relatable! And you have a very nice voice! :D ... We have a similar body type! So, I don't even have a wrist condition, but mine really hurt after doing any high planks, too, so I feel you! I have more trouble with my knees, though, so squats and lunges aren't exactly my favorites lol. Also: Yeah, jumping jacks and high knee, fun excercises until your own boobs slap you in the face, huh? :D I actually hold on to mine with my hands during high knee to avoid that lol. Your video was very interesting and I'm curious to see what you're going to be doing next, how you'll change up the excercises to suit you! Maybe invest in some better recording gear and I think you could make it really far here on youtube! :D

Good for you, awesome plan and will workout greatly for you. Any weight baring is exercise will increase bone especially in the areas still good potential reducing risk of similar things in other areas from happening.

Beware the MRI for this. Mine took 1.5 hours of not moving and dislocated my wrist when it was done. I went home screaming in pain. Now talking with my 3rd surgeon on Monday. I have been bounced around for a year because nobody wants to do the work or knows anything about it. Can't wait to be back to doing my own shoe tying and using 2 hands for everything.
