oh i never saw that before. the hyperstorm actually boost it when you kill enemies during hyperstorm

Well if I calculate 15 seconds per floor for 10000 floors that is about 42 hours long. Not really sure how long it would be since here I abuse the teleport rods.

Wish there was a way to play marvel vs capcom 2 mame on bizhawk. but it won't work. I just don't understand why it won't load. I keep getting error message that says "missing file Could Not Find the File to Decrypt" no core could load the game system.exception: sp5001-a.bin not found 7:35 I put all the files in that folder such as mvsc2u zip, mie zip, naomi zip , jvs13551 zip from the arcadedatabase website but no dice. I screenshot the whole error but wish there was a youtube video or something to see what I did wrong or something

@@CoolHandMikeYT oh I see. when it's green then the game can work ohhh okay. I can only play marvel vs capcom 2 that I know on the flycast dojo hehe. now I know. There's a video on youtube that has "marvel vs capcom 2 tas naomi arcade" and in their comment session bio they put used bizhawk but I'm not probably sure it's true at this point because I try everything that I could to see if it works or not like everyone else is saying "it doesn't work" yall have to use flycast dojo instead but I couldn't get flycast to TAS the same as bizhawk and pcsx2 does

What an interesting video! Keep bringing more content like this. One question: with this knowledge is it possible to "search" for hitbox and hurtbox in a fighting game? I'm very interested in seeing how this worked in Super Nintendo games but I don't know how to use the RAM search tool for this.

I'm amazed that this is a real game and they charged real money for it back in the 90s. Had I watched this video without context I would have thought this was an elaborate fake haunted video game that the youngins like so much these days.

At the start you are able to enter in codes you find throughout the game on papyrus to start with new characters. Each character starts with special moves and some items. Normally you start with a truly weak class, but as you continue through the game the idea is to upgrade to higher class units, or to restart with one fresh. With a guide for the codes already listed I selected the 手品師 aka Juggler class. The reason for that is that the Juggler is the only class out of 106 classes that starts with the Jump Rod that allows you to warp up floors. There are two warp items in the game, the Jump Rod (ジャンプロッド) and the Warp Rod (ワープロッド). The Jump Rod will randomly deposit you on a floor 1 to 15 floors above your current floor. The Warp Rod will randomly deposit you 50-60 floors above your current floor. The Jump rod is normally attainable in the Queen's Rose Tower, while the Warp Rod is introduced later in the Spectral Tower. Items have a random chance in appearing in chests of varying chest level. Both rods seem to have a 1/3 chance of breaking on each use so in human gameplay the player might want to save after each successful use. Rods will not move you above the top floor. I started from the Intro, but if you use level select you can still get the achievement. Do not know if it works if you start from Level 1 (as in skipping the intro stuff).

What system and game are you trying to open? First, have you opened a game first before opening Bizhawk's Tastudio? Second, try restarting Bizhawk to see if this happens again.

@@CoolHandMikeYT I've been opening NES tetris, I have tried opening the TAStudio, but that shows up each time, and I closed out and reopened Bizhawk many times, but it just keeps saying the same error message

In the firmware window on newer releases some BIOSes appear with a teal flower and other BIOSes appear with a green check mark. Both work, but does anybody know what the difference is?

Both checkmark and flower are good to use, but the flower version is considered to be better.
