Too heavy to tow , no matter the size of the motorcycle. Starting at 460 lbs, you are already at the max for any bike before you even add your gear. The SLT Excel 2 tow behind is a better option, and weighs 350 lbs.

should have shown bed better 02 model, i couldn't work it out with base on top of table? do we eat it? I love a shower no matter how small if i can fit my butt on a chair and wave the flexible shower head around me, win win win even standing to hose down smelly bits like under arms and pits etc. I also like the 04 because of that unused space at the end of the bed, my imagination went wild, like portable Walmart type air conditioner etc. even 200mm wide shelf and cupboards around perimeter inside at shoulder height would be an asset. I love these mini vans (Jimny Driver).

I bought this one for my climate also. I'm in Texas and it works wonderful for our hot summers. I did use the underbelly heat last week when we had 3 days of below freezing weather. The ONLY thing I don't like about the trailer is the location of the bedside electric plugs. They should have put them in the side pockets. I live full time in the trailer working from home and the desk space with the bunk system is what sold me on the Alta.

Purchased a Winnebago micro Minnie 1 year ago, nothing but problems with it. We went to use it after it had already been in for service several times. While it was still in the 1 year warranty period we traveled to the beach, we’ll guess what another issue, the slide out would not open, we called Winnebago and they said as long as we are not stuck and it can be driven we need to bring it for service. Well we lost our week at the beach. Service took from May to August to have repaired. Basically the season. We reached out to Winnebago to see if they would extend out warranty and they offered to consider any issues we may have for 4 months. Well 4 months is the winter season when it is stored. I must say even that have no confidence in their product! I even reached out to a manager and no better resolution. I would not recommend Winnebago in any way shape or form. We would give a no star rating to Winnebago period! Be forewarned on purchasing their product. Not a quality product to say the least! Will be advising everyone on the disappointing and terrible product Winnebago produces

I'm sorry to hear about all the problems you had. We feel a bit differently about the product. As a dealership that started 55 years ago, we had the opportunity to have many different product lines in our yard. We have seen our fair share of pour craftsmanship coming from this industry. One thing is for sure, if, as a dealership, we do not do a good PDI, the customers will have a longer list of issues to deal with and this, regardless of the brand purchased. Winnebago overall has been a good solid brand in our yard. Are we getting more problems than other company? not really. In fact, for us, it's not uncommon to not hear from our customers after they take possession. Do we get to find issues while performing our PDI? yes, like any other company. A good PDI should take the best part of a day. If you take the time to go through all the systems, you should be able to make sure the customers doesn't have to. As for the slide-out, it is regrettable that you had to deal with this. The System they use is very well adapted to the size of the slide-out Winnebago produce on this line but doesn't have much tolerance when putting it all together. We all want the lightest trailer we can tow and making the hard decision of using this system instead of a heavier one makes the difference between being able to tow it with let's say, a 5000lbs towing capacity instead of having to go to a truck. I hope now that you dealt with these issues, you won't have to visit your dealer for a while.

They need an 02 floor plan that has the counter across the front like that of the 04, but with a full kitchen built into it. Then just put in a bathroom and put a fridge where the kitchen would have been.

The water runs towards the front and behind the window into the wall making the 1 piece fiberglass roof..... pointless. I just looked at one today... Brand new on the lot. Salesman acted like they didn't know it was leaking even though they took the mattress out because, I assume, it was ruined too judging by the water marks on the wood under the mattress. Front windows need to go away.
@vostrailers3444
@vostrailers3444 6 ай бұрын
Back in the 70's and 80's ,front wall windows were popular but aged poorly. They went away until customers demanded them back. As a dealership, we take the time to inspect all the trailers arriving from the manufacturers just in case they missed on the caulking. The front windows are all inspected and touch-up is done as required to satisfy our own standards. We know it is an area that can cause trouble just like it was back in the old days. However, one of the difference between those days and today is that the front windows are more like windshield and secure to the wall differently that they were making them a bit more waterproof. Of course, like any other window on a trailer, they can still give you trouble. We strongly suggest you take the time to inspect all the caulking twice a year...at least! and trouble area like the 4 corners and the front window should be looked at during the camping season.

Fewer places for water intrusion, perfect for longevity and a lower price point. Use of frameless windows and internal gutters placed inside the hatch reinforce the manufacturer's thinking to limit points for moisture ingress.

Can a Tacoma with a V6 and manual transmission pull this?
@vostrailers3444

The Tacoma in automatic is rated for 6,500lbs more or less depending on the model year. You should check with Toyota to see what is the towing capacity for manual. Most other manufacturers lower their towing capacity on manual transmission. I personally would tow it with the Tacoma.

I own a Helio O3 which I purchased in 2020 during the pandemic. I've taken it all over the Pacific Northwest camping, to Yellowstone, the Mount Rainier, to the Coast of Oregon, and all around the Olympic Peninsula. I have pulled it easily with a Subaru Outback and now with my Ford Ranger with ECOBOOST. The RV is great, I like the O3 because you can leave the bed down full time (making the bed every day is a pain in a small RV) and also have a cafe table with seating for two adults. This little RV is solidly built and virtually leak proof. It rains CONSTANTLY in Seattle and we get a lot of snow in the winter. It has stayed BONE DRY on the inside. Before I purchased this HELIO I owned a new 2017 Winnebago Travel Trailer. It leaked several times while I owned it, even when it was brand new. The only issue I've had with this HELIO is the stickers they put on from the factory that say HELIO....faded and looked bad., I wrote to HELIO and they sent me new stickers. It's a great lightweight RV. Most lightweight RVs are made of VERY cheap materials. The HELIO is an exception because it is very well made of high quality materials. I get a lot of interest in it when I am camping. The O3 has a toilet and an outside shower but it has everything else you need. I've never used the indoor RV toilet because there's no privacy if you are a couple using the trailer. We usually use the campground facilities but it's nice to know it's there if you're camping alone! It's a great little camper!

@johncolangelo1257
@johncolangelo1257 Жыл бұрын
@@quanyiwang2623 Yes, I'm still using it. The price of all RVs has risen along with everything else due to inflation, supply chain , issues, etc. You can expect to pay anywhere from $35,000 U.S. on up depending on what you get. These units hold their value very well and they are highly sought-after. They are so easy to pull. The key is that they are light weight BUT BUILT very well, unlike most other lite weight RVs that are made with cheap materials.
