Awesome the price is unbelievably cheap. I charged 1300 if you have a dog for the small bedroom in a bathroom. Southern California and we are on the beach and it’s beautiful all day all night. It’s in Newport Beach to To be exact

Seattle's Space Needle, Gas Works Park, Lake Union, etc offers dozens of free events per year. Other smaller cities are near zero free events per year.

One other significant cost is the RTA tax on the MSRP of your car every year, 1.1% of whatever the RTA thinks it's worth. 110 dollars for every 10k of MSRP.
