Do you chain at end of row and what chain do you start in after you turn? Do you add border?

If you are doing this for beginners stop doing things off camera please. Row 9 took forever to figure out because you didn’t show it and you didn’t give written instructions like you said you were. Thank you for the video because I’d die make a beautiful scarf but it is not beginner friendly
