I genuinely don't feel like people can praise Noah's vocals so much recently when they're one step from being a genuine vocaloid. I miss the first few performances of the songs of this album, where you could still hear the power behind his voice, the rawness, and the emotion. Now all you can hear is so much processing, compression, pitch correction and even auto tune that i wonder if he's actually singing half of this stuff. He sounds like a machine.

I will never understand why the drummer uses his cymbals so tight, they don't sound good.

This is very timeful, as in it should remain in the 90's. Horrible.

I think when you look at the past in the viewpoint "the best outcome for that is XYZ" it morphs into the present and future. Giving up is harder than staying in the game. Very hard to market new stuff with out a positive attitude. There is a ton of music I don't listen to because it does not resonate with me anymore or the possibility someone else will hurt themselves living on the edge really jades me too. Now that I am older I realize most of the female artists do not sing certain songs because someone hurt them and it reminds them of that - which we will never understand because those are private moments. Just be happy for them, be happy with them, inspire them to write again or just be happy.

Honestly the song hits so hard. My pops was amazing to me growing up, when he passed way, my best friends since birth passed, and a few other close friends passed all in a very short time. I fell into drugs and alcohol hard, my siblings hated me, the woman I was with left me, my closest friends drifted away. I lost everything… this song makes me realize both points of views honestly. I hate what I put everyone through, but lord I was so broken and hopeless. Drugs were my last hope to feel something. It was so selfish…
