For any genre you have to actually listen. I feel people just have a prejudgment of things. But it's a song about friends being around us and we sometimes think, do they even like me or are they just using me? And if make your overthinking it. And should I keep an eye out for those type of people. Every person thinks that about a friend from time to time. It's a great message. Whether you like the best is subjective. The older guy just seems like anything rap is bad or doesn't really value the genre.

The problem is my dad bought his house with 20k down on a 320k house pays 1500 a month. Today that house is 635 and I’ll have to put 100k down to get a 2800 payment. Or 40/50 and pay 3500. Meanwhile I take home a little over 4000 month. Even at 2800 can you live off 1200 a month. Power food insurance garbage water roughly those expenses are 900 950. So yea it’s not that we are hesitant on pulling the trigger it’s 85% of us can’t afford it. I pay 50 a week on gas.

She correctly focusses on what is wrong with modern society but naively believes that one class of people can change it. Instead she creates a Utopian place where her elite can happily exist. This is a repeat of the Judiac Christian myth of heaven in the future. She would of been better of to recognise that if she wants to celebrate the individual then she she talk of changing the individual instead of projecting all the individuals discontents onto society. That requires more work than just creating a fantasy utopia where the problems are left behind in the society left.
