Great interview. I love the fact that Jessica never changes who she is, to chase chart hits. Being herself is what makes her so special. Relying on her immense talent is an incredibly brave and bold move, but it works. Jessica is such an inspiration, especially the way she defines success. I hope she gets the recognition that her hard work deserves.

Its so great to hear from a successful person that has dyslexia because my sons have it. They are working and making a pretty good living now but they struggled through school and sometimes they struggle with self esteem. Thank you for sharing and proving that you can be very successful with dyslexia.

Religion is bad for your brain. It gives you psychotic beliefs in things that don’t exist. Then reenforces that false faith with repetition and social reward.

America needs a new Rabbi. This Rabbi acts like a rabid dog...foaming at the mouth with distortion of the facts...just like the current mainstream media. You stand for beating-up verbally anyone who you don't like. Even good and honest people. God help us!!!!

Yea he's looking real famous in this comment section and in these views. The only reason he got exposure was because he's a jew, and the only reason anyone talks about him is because he is subhuman and they hate him.

I always say this and I am gonna say it again...Mel is just God sent maaan!!❤..or at least for me. Each time um on the verge of throwing in the towel and I watch one of her videos, I just experience this recharge of power, and it ignites the small flame in me that I never knew I still had. This is my life and this is serious man! I am thankful🙏

I dont often say this about men but this guy is brilliant. Thank you! My husband has memory loss that is causing My PTSD and 77. As a former RN I have researched and saved this man from RA, Heart Failure, Anaemia, Kidney stones and AF. I am doing most of the things suggested here and more but try getting a fixed sign person who has short term memory loss, to do any thing. I am reassured by this talk. 🙏🏼Amen!

An important difference between excitement over the Sting concert and the other sources of anxiety mentioned is that in the case of the Sting concert, Sting is the one to perform, not the person describing the excitement. Whereas in a situation such as an IEP meeting or a situation at work or launching a business, the stakes are far higher for the one describing the excitement/anxiety. So it’s the level of perceived danger to self that determines where the activation lies on the continuum from excitement to anxiety. Can 54321 and a new thought disrupt the body/mind’s defense in the face of a situation that the mind sees has caused real harm in the past?
