@@PelonomiSebetlele please go back to the clinic and ask for a different nurse who can assist you better. I’m not qualified for to give you medical information. I was advised that when I’m on my period, I start with the red. If it’s just a normal day then I start with the white. But that’s what my nurse told me. So that’s why I’m saying please seek professional assistance
