I just needed a free place to sleep during my trip to Toronto. Simple, cheap, & uncomplicated. When I got back to Winnipeg, I just took out the mattress, stored the window curtains away, & propped up the back seats again. Presto, back to a normal car.

Yes definitely. You can also see writing on the tree at 0:32. I cleaned up some garbage too - cigarette carton, plastic wrap, & a burned beer can; not a whole bunch, but better to keep it clean for future visitors.

Thanks! It was fun to explore that barren section of the Trans Canada Highway. I can only imagine the decades of history behind those cottages too. I also just now realize the pun! Nice!

Really enjoyed the photos of nature and Lake Superior, which I never have seen before. Your video was the first time. Was this your first time to this spot? Any idea who lived in the cabin?

2nd time at that spot. 1st time was just as it got dark though, so I was sure to revisit the place when it was daytime. I checked out the cabin on Google maps (it's just northwest of Wawa Ontario) & it appears to be abandoned as far back as Google street view goes (2009).
