Very informative!!!! My #1 would be light; I need large windows :) although I don’t understand the premium on SW exposures…IMO it’s starting to get a little excessive…

Light is a big one for sure! The premiums are a bit less pronounced in resale but definitely a premium for every little thing in precon 😅
