I'm not asking the region or . what general area of the state was this hunt? I'm assuming an area that experienced big winter kill. Those were some extremely low deer numbers Way to give it hell and grind it out anyway that's just the way it goes sometimes

It’s a banish backcountry from silencer central. I really like it! Very lightweight and cuts the noise a good amount! Not as quiet as some I guess but I’m a big fan.

👍👍 looking forward to part two. I live in South Central Alabama and we don’t have mule deer only whitetails but I have been to New Mexico in2014,2016 and 2020 to hunt mule deer and to me they’re one of the most majestic animals I’ve ever seen. I really enjoy the mule deer hunts.

Appreciate it! And not sure how familiar you are with Wyomings draw system but we actually got very lucky and drew in the “random” draw. This unit took around 8 points this past season and we drew with 3. Have to get lucky sometimes!

What an awesome hunt, spot, overall story, you guys remind me of myself and my buddies, just awesome. People like to say hunting over bait isn't hutning but those are people who have never done it, live in a state where its not legal, ect. It's not easy. These big bucks aren't stupid. It's never easy getting a shot on a big buck. Well done, awesome video, a++

Great video guys and congratulations on a great hunt. I'm curious about the penetration on this one. From what I can see you were using an expandable broadhead that impacted the frontside shoulder and penetrated 8 inches or so. Did the broadhead penetrate through the entire chest cavity? I ran into trouble a couple years back when I missed too far forward on a deer using similar broadheads. I'd love to hear your insight from what you found when dressing the deer and recovering the arrow/broadhead. Thanks!

Thank you, Jalen was using a rage hypodermic and while it looks the penetration wasn’t the best, we are assuming it probably hit a rib right behind the shoulder on entry. When we recovered him and field dressed him we found the arrow stuck in the opposite shoulder.
