I have some questions: Is it always someone who happens to speak the same language (English)? And from a relatively similar century? My husband said ‘does that mean all asthmatics were people killled in a gas chamber? (He’s skeptical)

Also, what about the animal world: they don’t have to go to school, they operate on instinct and senses. Elephants seem to have memories. What about creativity and self-awareness? Dreams? Coming up with ideas that never seemed to have existed? How do you explain dinosaurs? What was their purpose? What about how ‘smart’ plants and tree and fungi root systems are?

Look at some among the managers of these offices and group leaders.19 Each has a private phone to communicate personally with the king. Sometimes they go directly to his presence. All of them say that the king has prepared a magnificent and awesome place for reward and punishment. His promises are emphatic, and his threats are stern. His pride and dignity do not allow him to suffer the humiliation inherent in breaking a promise. The bearers of this report, all of whom confirm each other, unanimously report that the seat and headquarters of the lofty kingdom, some of whose traces are visible here, are located in another realm far from here. The buildings here are temporary and soon will be exchanged for eternal palaces. This world will change, for that magnificent and unfading kingdom, the splendor of which is apparent from its works, cannot be founded or based on something transient, impermanent, unstable, insignificant, changing, defective, and imperfect. It can be based only on matters worthy of it, and which are eternal, stable, permanent, and glorious. Thus there is another realm toward which we are heading.

Hi, I'm a Hindu person from India, whatever you talked here is nothing new for a Hindu person like me, My culture & religion is all about rebirth, You keep on coming back until you get salvation, next time when you're having this kind of conversation pls invite a Hindu scholar from India like Sadguru who is an enlightened soul, he might be able to provide answers to all your questions.

Is it possible that this conversation is taking place to fill the vacuum that the decline of religion? I notice that religion is not mentioned here, (much) but would have been central to this conversation before the rise of more secularism in the western world. Pseudo science mixed with philosophical ideas. I’m not dismissing the ideas presented here however it does seem indicative of the need for human beings to cling to the idea that death is not final, which is the core for religions to develop, but more importantly something which seems to be at the core of what it is to be human. So we lose the previous explanation, we die and go to heaven/ hell is now replaced by an independent consciences etc which for fills the same need, independent of religion.

And this is the biggest question of all! What happens when we die? I fear the idea of complete nothingness and no feelings at all. Is it dark what does it feel like? What if forever is just nothingness? What does nothingness feel like? What is death really? I've become obsessed with it. Is it like before we was born? What does nothingness feel like.

What an enlightening, educational and fascinating gathering of openminded, brave individuals willing to go out on a limb to study what most scientist and rational people would poo-poo‼I really believe no one has the complete answer as to the mystery of life and death and possibly never will. However why should we let the rational totally rule the roost. To me that feels extremely egotistical and narrow-minded and hasn't much helped the human condition. I celebrate and honor every person on that panel and want to know and read more about this area of study, so BRAVO & THANK YOU‼

I highly recommend to everybody interested in finding a proper answer - to read the book “The Ra material” by Don Elkins. An interview with a memory complex Ra, who explains and answers all the questions raised with this panel! The interviews and these books were produced around 1981. Happy to provide PDFs of the five books Don and his colleagues produced. My conclusion, based on this books, as well as some more I read after this discovery, is that there are two universes: Physical (where we live) and Metaphysical where our consciences and memory complexes “live”. Our physical world is based on space/time physics, and the metaphysical is where all this is inverted time/space. This is the reason there is no “passing” time for the metaphysical world and we can never see it nor experience it from our physical world. BTW, i am an engineer and always searched for the meaning of life until i came across this book, written by an engineer (Don) after he did research on UFOs. The reincarnations are very well explained by Ra, and all comes very clear when asking these questions.

There are a lot of such experiences by many people and each has a slightly different version and we cannot say for sure that this is so. There’s still a lot of unpredictabilities which we do not know. Nothing is 100 percent certain. Only the person who passed on will actually know.

My granddaughter was born 3 years after my dad passed away. She’s almost 5 and often talked about her papa and that he tells her stuff. She has a journal that she wrote in the things he asked her to do. She knows stuff about my dad that none of us have ever talked to her about. I know he talks to her ❤

I hadn't met my uncle in years. During covid i was abroad and had a dream during early hours of the morning that he was in the car. Sitting at the back seat. I was on the road side watching him being deiven away. He rolled the window down and waved at me. Next morning i called mum and dad and they told me that uncle died in the hospital dur to covid. Hows that possible that i saw him in my dream perhaps 10,000 miles away? When i wasnt even aware that he was unwell or in the hospital ill.

The Indian Holy Book Bhagawadgeeta says that five senses,mind and intellect along with self consciouness leave the body after death. In western philosophy these constitute the soul. The soul after death either enters a new body or leaves for some other world or roams on earth as an evil spirit. This implies that body and soul are different entities and soul functions through the body. Soul is eternal and only body dies. The same Holy Book gives the example of casting away the old clothe and wearing a new one to describe the cycle of birth and death.

To share... Another debate that keeps us stuck is the theism vs atheism. I see this debate as an obstacle toward a better understanding words like reincarnated. Because if you think in term of my God vs your God a few can be said in regard to soul, spirit and after life for you would consistently get confused between spiritual paths and abrahamic religions. To me it's better not to confuse between personal god and afterlife.
@mohamedelfatih98262 ай бұрын
I think consciousness as a term is a very confusing thing to talk about. Let me explain: when I was as a house officer at a hospital, I noticed the pain of women giving birth to children. Then an internal voice was trying to figure out how can i deal with the moral delimma that arise between being a dedicated doctor taking care of patients while believing that a lovely figure diety seeing the pain of a person while doing nothing. The epicurean question kept coming back and forth. ... Years later, a shaman from islamic background came and sat next to me and started having a chat as if he knew me. There is some thing i couldn't express in words that attracted me toward him. Although he asked me to call him, A struggle deep inside me kept preventing me from calling him repeatedly, I can tell spiritual world is a tricky place to talk. One way we live our daily lives in a materialistic manner no matter how hard we seem to be spiritual, on the other hand, a unique form of us keeps calling for a transcendental experience that we see difficult to share.
