Hello, I have a 2021 model Forza 750. We've done everything to the bike-changed the tires, replaced the front mounts, and checked the frame-but the bike still pulls to the right. One mechanic mentioned that there might be some looseness in the rear swingarm bearing, with about 1 mm of play (side to side). He also said disassembling it would be very time-consuming. Could this issue cause such an imbalance, affecting the front-end stability? Also, is 1 mm of play considered normal? Thank you!
@MichiganQuadTrailsTales14 күн бұрын
Hello, and thanks for Watching the Video! And for the Question. I'm still Using inches, so 1mm = 0.0393 . While 1mm, does not seem like A Lot of Play, if Your Swingarm is let's say 20 inches Long (508MM) that would be A Lot of Play at the end of the Swingarm. So Yes, that Might be the Reason that it Pulls to the Right. Is there Any Noise coming from that area while riding? Also, since this is A 2021 Model, it is not really that old, did this ever get involved in A Crash? Hoping the Best For You! Write Me Back if You ever Figure this Out! Thanks!

@MichiganQuadTrailsTales Thank you very much for your response. I bought the motorcycle second-hand, and I don’t think it has been involved in any major accidents. I purchased it when it had 6,000 km on it, and this issue has been present since then. I have checked everything, and finally, a mechanic told me that there is play in the swingarm bushing and that it needs to be replaced. I am now dealing with that. I’ve removed all the fairings, and like you mentioned, the increased distance seems to make the issue more noticeable. When I disassembled it earlier, I didn’t notice any signs of damage, such as paint chipping, poorly fitting fairing clips, or any other indications of repair. If the previous owner rode the motorcycle very hard, considering it’s a torque-heavy bike, I suspect the bushing and bearing on the chain side may have been worn out over time due to constant stress. I’ll let you know the results once I resolve the issue. Thanks again!

You need a new idle jet for the carburetor. When those came out was at epa highest standards on exhaust. They ran extra lean to pass it. Much like the Harley-Davidson Sportster was a prime example of company trying to make EPA regulations. The sea foam is a awesome product.

Thanks for Watching, and the Comment! I just want to make sure which Quad you are talking about. I think that your talking about the new '24 Quad, cause I saying how much trouble I was having keeping it running. So Bump it up a couple sizes should help? I was going to that, as I can hear it Popping when letting off the Throttle.And I thought that was a sign of being Lean. glad the You Like the SeaFoam as well, I've been using that for years.

nostalgia powerful. Unlike a 30-year-old motor or ancient square frames. I had a similar experience recently with buying again a CR 250, strong nostalgia but modern bikes are just better. everyone overlook the fact that if you buy a new bike for just a little more money you don't have to worry about nothing for 20 years plus, which is just not the case when you buy an old used beat to shit quad no matter how much you wanted it in the magazine when you were a child
