That's a sign for St. Vincent's hospital which is about half a kilometer up the road from this crossing.

I've ran across the DART line when the lights are flashing, but once the barriers start to come down it's not worth the risk. All the crossings in the DART need to be removed. Of it was up to me, is close the line for a summer and put Lansdowne to Blackrock on concrete stilts, letting the roads pass under and giving it flood protection.
