12:46 Ok, I understand. They are a cool and pretty frightening enemy in the game, but I have A PERSONAL HATE FOR THESE GUYS! My big gripe with COF is how luck based it can get. I was at a unlucky run where I ended up 1 shot during the underground subway section where you decend into the lowest train station. AND MY GOD! because I had forgot to save my late checkpoints, I REALLY SUFFERED! first of when you enter there is 2 of the bagheads. One on the left already waitng and one on the rails. They hitfire you at the same time on the same frame, so I had to learn a patter of dodging forward, dodging back so that they would shoot me and miss, THEN I had to flick left and right, HIT A HEADSHOT on both of them, in the span of 2 milliseconds so that they didn’t shoot me first, IT TOOK ME 3 HOURS TO GET DOWN AND ANOTHER 5 HOURS TO EXECTUTE! Just because of this one experience, they get F- tier for me
