so if anyone is watching this in 2023-2024 and is confused by the comments ,Consume was based on the anime "Tokyo Ghoul". This anime was released on 2014 and it has a pretty interesting story :The anime is about a protagonist who is in a relationship with a girl who has violent tendencies and a blade. He feels like he's running from her but is also drawn to her. He's struggling with his own issues, specifically anxiety, and is hoping for help.And the girl in this case turns him into a ghoul. The anime explores the theme of internal struggles and toxic relationships.Some of you might enjoy Tokyo Ghoul so if you want you can take a look at it. But if ur confused why people keep talking abt this song reminding them of a guy named Cooper I'll explain : So there was this teen boy aka Cooper Noriega who was a social media star. He was born on 28 june 2002 and after only a few hours after he made a TikTok abt "dying young" he was found dead at only 19 years old in a parking lot of a mall on 9 june 2022. And after Cooper's death his ex Sabrina Quesada posted a tribute to the teen on Instagram. The weird thing about his death is that there were no wounds marks or other sings on his dead body. However later on was revealed that the teen had mental health problems and anxiety so Consume was his favourite song because it includes some specific lines that talk abt how bad anxiety can be so it comforted him. And till this day his fans think of him everytime they hear this song considering it was Cooper's favourite. Like yeah I liked some of his vids and commented on others, but if he ever did/said anything that hurted ur feelings let me know l would like to know but don't come for me.
