Yeah. From everything I'm seeing and hearing from people who were nearby they were continuously trying to eg on the vitcims to get probable cause. When that failed they got aggressive and if anyone attempted to stop them that's obstruction to them (somehow). Then they use the excuse of resisting arrest resulting in serious injury. They then use that to further the case and have the one owner arrested. Since no breathelyzer or tox screen was done they're scott free of DUI charges. It has not been publicly stated if an investigation is ongoing and the officers have not been put on leave (at least stated publicly). As this case is unique in the specifics the officers will be protected. Can't remember the exact wording, but unless this exact (EXACT) scenario has happened before the police are not able to be sued. The wrongful destruction of property can't be ignored obviously, but they really don't care so it's better for them if the bar closes. They will probably give them an incredibly low ball number to cover damages, because they're insurance most likely doesn't have cop car damage protection. They are not responding to their media line either (probably overwhelmed).

Lying police officers is the norm for some of them: St-Louis police is supposed to obey this core value: « INTEGRITY: We are committed to the highest standards of honesty and ethical conduct. We will conduct ourselves in a manner that merits respect, demonstrating honest and ethical behavior at all times - both on and off duty. » But the New-York Times said otherwise : « A roughly 25-minute video clip of the couple’s encounter with the police that night does not show Mr. Morris shoving or striking an officer. Mr. Pierce, who did not respond to calls seeking comment, wrote in his report that Mr. Morris tried to flee from the police in an alleyway, an accusation that Mr. Khazaeli said was false. »

Did you ever post a picture of Judy Klein? You know who I’m talking about. She terrorized a family for over a year and you chose to do nothing. The world is watching you ignore citizens who ask for help when the crimes are being committed on their property. Why didn’t you help them? Shame on you all! You are either really stupid, lazy or racist? We all would like to know why you CHOSE NOT to help this family and cause them to go through horrific pain and suffering. I hope they sue every one of you and I wish to God you did not have qualified immunity, and that it would come out of your paycheck. You don’t have the right to ignore people because of the color of their skin or their culture. The whole department should be fired because retraining wouldn’t change the fact that you wear a white hat and the robe on the weekends and burn crosses. I realize most of you are racist pigs and need to go work someplace where you aren’t working with the public and are surrounded by a bunch of white people. Shame on your whole department!

I was 11 when this happened and it terrified me at the time. I was afraid the person would get me. I've lived in St. Louis all my life. I've never forgotten her in all these years, especially since she was around my age. I never give up hope that she will be identified.

My grandmother, Hortense Walker, was murdered in 2008 in the JVL neighborhood on James "Cool Papa" Bell & Cardinal Ave. She lived in this apartment complex since the 70s...and yet, my family still has yet to hear anything about capturing a killer....I know y'all aren't superheros, but I really wish y'all would take whoever killed her up off the streets....it really breaks my heart to know that my grandmother is pretty much just a forgotten case number now....
