So along the lines of feeling like your skill level is not where they're placing you. I have had a similar experience which is I am ranked officially Plat 2 but in the last 2 weeks I have played against a supersonic legend season 3 tournament winner and a. GC season 15 tournament winner!. I lost both but the fact that I was in the lobby. What does that mean?.

Honestly that burnout of what youre getting paid versus what the company is getting paid is the reason why I left my job as well. The staggering difference of working 16 hour days and them saying that they couldn't give me a larger raise was irritating, but even beyond that was the lack of respect there and the polar oppisite difference between the "tone" that the partners stated for the company versus what the team leads were told to tell us.

I've been editing for over 10 years at this point. Professionally (paid) its been about 8.5 years i think. As for efficiency, that just comes with a lot of experience/practice, plus custom hotkeys for basically everything lol

just start making stuff, anything at all! then do your best to try and edit it, use youtube tutorials whenever you get stuck on something. It takes a long time of making videos over and over and over again to really get the hang of it so just be patient and keep making things that are fun to make, it could be anything. Start small!
