It's a Casio CZ-101, which can produce similar sounds to a DX but is a lot simpler.

Might be from halfman halftripod. He's uploaded the original video that sounds very near similar to this. Look up halfman halftripod. He's got a channel on here. Fascinating early bauhaus1919 from one of their earlier 1979 performances. I absolutely love these guys from Northampton, England. 🥰
