Thanks for another cool, entertaining & informative video. I have auditioned & love the sound of the Istanbul Agop Xist Dry Dark Ride cymbals. But, would this dark & dry ride cymbal sound too rude & radical to use, as my alternate Ride cymbal ,in a Top 40 Cover Band & for Pop Music in general? I want to use it for gigging live at weddings & party functions. Will this type of cymbal sound work in this commercial genre of music? IDK if it would be appropriate to use there. Well-informed opinions are appreciated. Thanks!

I've never had a 24 inch cymbal for a ride although they do sound really very nice and since it's a paiste well then what more needs to be said....❤😊❤😊

Washy, pingy, dry and dark. Another extremely versatile ride cymbal. Love the HH series for that.

very impressive hi-hat - it cuts through the mix and blends in nice with the snare- What brand snare are you using ? Nice combination !

It's a matter of taste. The best China comes from Sabian and Istanbul.

I have the newer version of one of these, and I think it easily stands up to larger chinas with how violent it sounds.

Great drum but I'm disappointed in the drummer. Kind of a one trick pony. There are so many more ways of demonstrating.

Considering that this is 200 and in order to get a fully functional mega bell ride you need to mount the bell on another ride anyway, I'd say it might be the rich man's mega bell ride in some situations

another beautiful authentic z cymbal of an example of the 60's cymbal sounds some of the most beautiful cymbals that were ever crafted in my humble opinion ❤😊❤😊
@lujuanhurtado866417 күн бұрын
very authentic z sounds it reminds me of a vintage crash ride z that I used to have only just a couple of differences were that the 1 I had was from the 70's and it had a little more weight to it ....this 1 is a real definite beauty of a vintage z cymbal ❤😊❤
