Great video. Also keep a close eye on engine instruments when in Vy or Vx as the engine is working very hard with minimal cooling. Thank you for your great short video! You cut through the BS. :-)

Flight time = The number of hours I sit on the ground + the number of hours the airplane is actually in the air flying while on SPIRIT** Airlines. Airtime = The number of hours the airplane is actually flying above the ground. Flight times and Air Time can drastically vary** ;-/

Great video. Also i prefer to use less flaps on a crosswind landing with gusts. Airfoils are more responsive and less mushy ..IE Better control. Then i just bleed off the speed when im a couple feet off the runway transitioning to slow flight, then rsulting in a soft landing as the airplane settles to the ground when its ready. Assumption: You have long enough runway.

Nice decision…You’ve been flying for how long now?

Bigger bite. Ok. I prefer to say the downward moving blade has a higher angle of attack than the upward moving blade. Kinda the same thing but my explanation is a more aerodynamically correct explanation.

Recommendation: retitle series, "Essential Aeronatical Engineer Math Series." This kind of math is useless to a pilot when they get a wind check on short final.

This month's study session starts on Monday, the eighth of July, where we tackle the theoretical topics most student pilots struggle with. This program is divided into two categories, the class session and the study session, where you interact with your classmates online. Both aspiring and student pilots are invited to apply, either through the link in the description or by commenting the word "Study". Apply here: bit.ly/theoretical-session

Gyroscopic precession is a turning tendency, but isn't always to the left... For most training (trigear) airplanes it is a right turning tendency... Especially during rotation where all of these are most prevalent.

When flying an airplane, weight and balance are critical factors that must be considered. The weight of an airplane affects its performance in many ways. For example, a heavier airplane requires more runway to take off and climb. The center of gravity is also important. If it’s too far forward or too far back, the airplane can become unstable. That’s why it’s important to calculate the weight and balance of an airplane before every flight. Remember, a properly loaded airplane is a safe airplane.
