The new one is brushless so puts in more screws per charge , has 10 % more torque . Is lighter . The charge level is always visable . Just a slightly better tool than previous generations

No, the first ones I seen with that were the makita guns, but I saw the new Dewalt guns you’re referring too

DeWalt DCF630 was awesome for 2 days-then it started screeching. Switched to Makita, love the push drive, not having to listen to the gun constantly run. And doesn't squeal. Two guys on my crew stuck with the DeWalt, and they both squeal like a dying rabbit.
