Double check that you have it not just connected, but selected as your video conferencing integration, + that in the calendar that you're using to book, go into it's settings, and find location, make sure the location on the calendar level is set to Microsoft teams. Last thing to check is the calendar settings under the profile of the user that the calendar is set to book with. Make sure the calendar preferences has teams as the selected video conferencing. If you've checked all of those, then reach out to support. Hope this helped!

Is it common for the image to show up small during set up? Every image I use shows up small during set up.

No, that shouldn't be happening. It sometimes will cut off the top or bottom of the image slightly due to the aspect ratio, but if it's any more than this, contact support.

Yep it can, you just have to find the html section on the clickfunnels form. This is a feature that requires a bit more digging so I get the struggle. It'd be way cheaper and easier to just do it in GHL, any reason you can't?

I set a workflow to use a secondary phone number, however if the contact has a conversation history with our default number the sms actions from the workflow get sent using the default number. Any way to fix it so a workflow set to a particular number will send sms using that number regardless of conversation history?

Manually send an sms from the conversation manager and select the secondary phone number you wanna use, from there on out it should use the new one. If that doesn't work you can also change in phone settings which is your default number. If that doesn't work then I'd contact support!

I mean in default, hl is taking 10% of ad spend and don’t provide high converting ad templates. It just makes it a little more user friendly than Facebook ad management UI. And it’s natively in GHL but that’s around it.

Actually, HighLevel just updated this. The whole "taking 10% of adspend" system is all different now. You can even do daily budgets. For simplicity reasons they switched it to a standard subscription and then the full budget goes to FB. Personally the easy to use UI is great, a lot better than FB, but you're right that's the main benefit.

Unlimited custom dashboards and these customizations are only available to the 497 plan, but if you're on that plan and don't see it, it's likely because you're either an agency/account user as opposed to admin. Hope this helps!

As long as you're using stripe across both platforms it should work just like any other submitted order trigger. If you're still experiencing issues, I'd recommend hopping on a support call with GHL, especially since it's such a new integration.

Came across your channel, great videos there. A few questions here - don't we need to add another action for creating Opportunity and multiple workflows when the lead gets moved from one pipeline stage to another? Secondly, as far as I knew - it only fires when you set the trigger to either form submitted or the lead form submitted and no other triggers. Appreciate it.

You don't need to use opportunities for the Facebook conversions API to function, no- but you absolutely can and in my opinion should if you're making a sophisticated FBads automation. Secondly it does function with lead form submitted or form submitted, but also with order submitted and any appointment related triggers, as I said in the video here 3:35 Hope this helps! Make sure you're on your sub-account and not the agency. "My Profile" is available on both but calendars only show up when you're logged into a sub account that you're added as a user on. Hope this helps!

@@herbieherbs No problem! Not currently, I don't think HighLevel has really seen a use case where you'd have to email ALL of your users telling them to change their payment details. But if you do for whatever reason need to give all users access to change their payment method and you're using stripe, you can login to your stripe dashboard, go to settings, billing, customer portal, and copy that link and send it to your customers. They can change all their payment details there as well. Depending on your use case that may be the best solution for you! Hope this helps!

Hi Andrew, great video, one thing is the Source part being Form. Is there a standard way to have it call out the form it's from? Previous work-around was to do an automation and make the source "Appointment Form," but I don't see a way to do that here. Other option I'll try out is updating the opportunity after it's made and change that source...any thoughts?

Hi Andrew, just a quick follow up, doing a create/update opportunity, and overriding the opportunity name and source is one work around. I'm going to guess they'll integrate that into the form shortly too! Keep up the good work on posting, I'll start doing the same too, you're a great presenter.

Some small use cases like that haven't been fixed quite yet but I'm imagining they will in the future. If you need you can always create a request at the ideas.gohighlevel.com page. I would integrate it in the integrations section of settings as well as in marketing just to be safe. If it still doesn't fire then the most common issue is the type of account you have. If your instagram is a personal or creator account, it won't work. It needs to be set up as a business account. If it still doesn't fire then feel free to hop on support and they can help!
