Having worked at a place that served fresh breakfast for a few years, I have found the flippability of eggs largely comes down to getting to know your cooking surface and what heat (usually lower than you'd expect) allows for some good flippies with minimal butter or oil. When I was using this much oil, it was only ever with avocado oil, which tends to follow the eggy less and also have less of the ew grease effect.

Thank you so much for doing this. I’m now in my mid-70’s and well remember this song from about 50 years ago. I can still sing along to it and barely miss a word. Your version is very clever and brilliantly put together. It can’t have been easy. I’m guessing that certain phrases during the ‘Group W’ interview were changed to appease the KZbin gods? I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry, watching this video - so I did both. 😂

I love this so much!!! 💜The Group W section edits were partly for KZbin powers that be and partly because of things I didn't want to hear coming out of my own mouth. It worked out for me that those desires to shift things matched up. Thank you for your comment!!! This makes my week, and earlier in the year than I expected! 😁
