These are gorgeous! I tried make my own, but when adding top chocolate at the end, mine just won’t get out of the pan. How long to refrigerate them? Can we put them in freezer?

Hi. A lovely recipe I'd like to try. I was wondering if you could share where you got your madeleine mold and what make it is as I like the fact it has raised edges for each cavity. The ones I have seen online so far are flat at the top of the "tray". I hope I make sense. Also, how many madeleines fit into your mold as I can't tell from the video? Tks

I came back to give a review on this recipe. Finally!! I've finally found a pistachio tart dough that's not only tasty, hold and cuts well but also bakes up perfectly. I 3x the recipe hoping I'd be able to use that amount of dough for a 10in tart pan but it wasn't enough. It was more than enough for a 9in though. Today I plan to 4x the recipe so I can make a 10in tart. I made a sm batch of pistachio cream that I spread on the cooled off crust. Then I made a vanilla pastry cream to put on top of that. Then the raspberries that I glazed with apricot jam. It was a delicious bite. If you haven't tried the recipe for the crust you may want to. It's a keeper. I have no plans to look any further. Thank you so much. My search has finally ended... 🙌

I just tried making a pistachio tart. I had to put it back into the oven because a part of it didn't bake up all the way. Im so disappointed in the recipe I used. It's one by a well known pastry chef too. It was impossible to roll the dough out because it has so much butter in it. She has us rolling the dough out between 2 pieces of plastic wrap just like you but that didn't work. I basically had to roll it out the best I could then patch parts up. It's very hard to find a pistachio tart crust, just the crust online or on YT. Then I found your recipe/ch. If I wanted to make this to fit in a 9 or 10 in tart pan should I 1.5 times the recipe? Please respond as soon as possible. I need to make another tart using a pistachio crust but I don't want to use the one I just used. Thanks in advance... 👍
