Wow just a great and easy video. I’ve watched several before this one and thought changing it was going to be a pain in the ass because of how complicated they made it seem. Almost everybody approached this repair from above through the hood and said how awkward and weird your hand position will be, you’re the first person I’ve seen approaching it from the bottom jacking the car up and you’ve made it look so much more simpler and easy to do. Thank you for this video I am now confident in doing this replacement myself 💯

Few days ago, my vehicle was stalling while driving - then today had one hell of a time getting it to start. Didn't get a check engine light until an hour ago and finally was given some codes (P0339/P0335). clean where the pins go. apply a small amount of caliper grease and remove the slide pins from the caliper. you are using the wrong grease. if you dont clean them you will have one pad wear out before the other. In worse case the brake will lock up and could blow the seals in the caliper

You know I'm your brother, but that's how cars burn down. Find where the wire or connector. Ground signals are usually controlled by the ecm or the bcm in this case. What you did was bypass the Body Control Module. The problem is still there. Why did you lose ground? Could it be a relay, a fuse, or a ground installed on top of paint. you could damage the computer. Jeeps are infamous for electrical problems. Come by one day so I can teach you how to trace an electrical problem using a schematic. I need an electrician im getting old and I need someone to fix my cars.
