I love all your videos David! You're the only rider i watch videos when it comes to learning new tricks! One thing i can't figure out is everytime i square up/ let of my edge i lose all my pop i get zero height. I can do otjer inverts but just can't seem to figure this one out. Trampoline backflips no problem. Any ideas on pop when squaring up?!

Would you say the rotation is more around the hips or the shoulder. I feel like I go around my shoulder and thats my problem. Not sure if that makes sense
@rick994328 күн бұрын
Always love your videos Dave! I would add, as somebody who is in the process of learning how to flip, that I wouldn't recommend to try a backflip on a trampoline (without a spotter that knows what they're doing) if you have never tried backflipping before. Landing on your head on a trampoline can still cause some serious injury. I got some classes at a local parkour gym (or a gymnastics place should work too). Or you can start just by jumping off land into the water. Once you are confident you will get passed your head then you can move to the trampoline.

I used to ride behind a Prostar 190 with like 1,500 lbs of ballast via two side sacs and one fat sac across the back in the 1990s. The wake was totally legit.

I’m thinking of buying a 190 is 1500 a good weight you think ?

I cant ride in the blind position! I can cross the wakes in the cuffed position no worries but as soon as I take the front hand off I will tic tock. I have tried to max edging, hinging, rear leg weight and reaching around fully. I have tried leaning at slightly different angles. knuckles are tight to my back. Ive looked to the shore and to my tail. Seems impossible. I think it might be due to my thick physique and shorter unflexible arms. Will larger fins help me? I use 0.8" fins on a 150 murray pro. 230 pounds.

Your getting there. Good job. As you shorten the rope down to say 40 ft, your really going to have to pull and dig, getting your body fully horizontal or parallel with the water with just 6 inches of the ski or just the skeg in the the water.

No one has ever been able to answer this question for me. Certain m235 / m240i have that more aggressive lower front end with those 2 black extra lips on each side of the front bumper. And on many of them it's not there. Is it some type of m sport aero kit That was optional from the factory?
@DavidOCaoimhWakeboarderАй бұрын
Yeah, it’s part of the M-Performance kit. Also comes with some carbon bits (mirrors and spoiler) as well as a different exhaust and of course the diff!

@cammgt3rs370Ай бұрын
Drove a 2016 M235 and a Golf GTI not the R though. I would definitely get the BMW over the Golf. Steering is better, both balanced cars but 3.0T is killer choice, 2.0t is strong enough to push a shopping cart and no more.
