Why wouldn't it be 🤷🏽‍♂️ its basically just water tinted with tea leaves rather than a syrup like some soda teas and drinks. Where does the liquid go? So of course with the main ingredient being H2O your getting at least 90% water from a cup of tea. I get alcohol is a dehydrator and beer is the worst forms of hydration. The alcohol makes you piss all the water out of you. Add a little lemon and honey to your tea for the ultimate power drink.
