Help either my husbands head is small or i did something wrong, i stitched each row 12x, ending with 12 triangle patterns in the muslim cap. How do i make it smaller to fit without undoing the entire thing?

Hi... First measure ur husband's head from center till the top part (not the side)dear... And check with ur cap too... Once thats clear, continue the side rows

Will be updating the pattern as i go: 1 - chain 4, slst into the 4th chain from the hook to create a loop. 2- (1dc, 1 chain ) x12 times (to begin this round chain 2 and this will count as your 1st dc, complete the rest of the row as mentioned before), slst to join the row 3- (2dc in the same stitch, chain 1, skip 1) × 12 times, (to begin this row chain 2 and this will count as your first dc, complete the rest of the pattern as mentioned) slst to join the row. 4- (1dc, 2 dc in the next stitch, chain 1, skip1 ) × 12, (chain 2 to begin the row like before), slst to complete the row
