there's too many Mall already in KL.. hardly any punters.. and yet more will open soon.. good luck too all the businesses in there.. got a hunch quite a few people will get their investment burned to cinder..

The reason for the failure of this mall is because it is located nearby mid valley. Shoppers would rather go mid valley because there are more happenings. Another reason is the mall is located in Damansara heights where the area is already causing strain on traffic around the area during and after the mall is built, the cause a lot of unhappness people around the area and hence lack of local support.
