Sweet Potato Smash Burgers 🍔🍠🔥 Not much to say other than these were absolutely INCREDIBLE. Healthy, easy and most importantly so damn good! FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - 1 lb of lean ground beef (I used 93/7) Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder. - arugula - Thinly sliced provolone cheese Sweet Potato "Buns": - 1 big round sweet potato - Avocado oil spray - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika. Maple Carmamlized Onions: - 1 large white onion - 2 tbsp EVOO - 2 tbsp butter - 1 cup chicken bone broth - 1/4 cup Maple syrup - Seasonings: salt, pepper & garlic powder. Sauce: - 1/3 cup avocado mayo - 2 tbsp truff hot sauce - 1 tbsp horseradish - Pinch of salt, pepper & garlic powder. Note(s): Measurements are estimated. Adjust ingredients to your liking. DIRECTIONS 1. Thinly slice the onion then add it to a large skillet over medium-low heat with olive oil & butter. Season and add in 1/4 cup of bone broth and let the onions cook down mixing every few minutes. Once the liquid is gone, add another 1/4 cup of bone broth and mix every few minutes until the onions are almost done then add in the maple syrup and let finish caramelizing to your liking. 2. While the onions are cooking, peel the sweet potato then cut into ~1/3 inch circular slices. Add to a lined baking sheet. Coat with avocado oil spray and season both sides. Roast at 400°F until both sides are crispy and the center is soft. (About 30 or so minutes flipping 1/2 way through) 3. Add ground beef to a large bowl. Season generously and mix well then form into 6 balls. From there get a large skillet going over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, spray with oil then place the meat balls on and smash them down thin and evenly. Flip after 1.5-2 minutes then add the cheese on top while the other side finishes. 4. Honey Chipotle Shrimp Bowl 🦐🍯🌶️ Hands down one of my favorite bowl recipes to date! It's easy, healthy, delicious and doesn't take to long to make! Makes a perfect weeknight dinner. Great for lunch/meal prep as well. Either way you will not be disappointed!🫡 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~1.5 lbs XL peeled & deveined shrimp of choice (I used wild caught Argentine Red Shrimp) - Extra virgin olive oil - 2-3 tbsp of the chipoltes in adobo sauce - 1/4 cup honey - Seasonings: Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and smoked paprika. - Cooked jasmine rice Chipotle Honey Yogurt Sauce: - 1.5 cups fat free plain greek yogurt - 1 canned chipotle pepper - 1 tbsp of the chipotles in adobo sauce. - 1/4 cup of honey - Seasonings: salt, garlic powder, onion powder & smoked paprika all to taste. - Add water based on your desired thickness Mango Salsa: - 2 cups mango diced - 1 red bell pepper diced - 1 jalapeño diced - 1/2 red onion diced - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro - Juice of 1 lime Toppings: - Avocado slices - Chopped cilantro Note(s): All measurements are estimated, adjust ingredients to your liking. If you prefer spicier, add extra chipotles in adobo sauce or a diced chipotle pepper to the shrimp before cooking. DIRECTIONS 1. Put together the sauce and the mango salsa then set aside. 2. Remove the tail shells from the shrimp and add them to a bowl. Drizzle in some olive oil, chipoltes in adobo sauce, honey and seasonings. Mix till well combined. 3. Cook shrimp in a large greased skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. 4. Great recipe. I’ve noticed that asparagus tastes better if cut the way you cut it and sautéed over medium heat with spices (or just salt) until tender. It gets soggy in the oven.

Honey Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs 🐓🍯🔥 These right here are simple, healthy, easy to make and absolutely delicious! Whether you make them for a cookout, dinner or meal prep, they will not disappoint! 🙌🏻 FULL RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS - ~2.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts - 1 red bell pepper - 1 orange bell pepper - 1 yellow bell pepper - 1 medium sized white onion - 8 oz package of baby bella mushrooms Marinade: (measurements are estimated) - ~3/4 cup teriyaki sauce of choice (I used Primal Kitchen Honey Teriyaki Sauce) - ~1/4 cup coconut aminos (could sub for soy sauce) - ~1/3 cup honey - ~4 tbsp minced garlic - Salt + pepper to taste Garnishes: - Sesame seeds - Sliced green onions Note(s): Adjust ingredients to your liking. Can marinate up to 24 hours. Be aware the longer you do, the veggies might get soggy. Cooking tome may vary depending on grill, size of kabobs, etc. DIRECTIONS 1. Cut peppers into ~1-1.5 inch equal size pieces. Next the onions. Then the chicken breasts. 2. Add the chicken, peppers/onions & mushrooms to a large bowl. Add in the teriyaki sauce, coconut aminos, honey, minced garlic, salt + pepper & mix till well combined. 3. Add the veggies and chicken onto skewers following a pattern of your choice. Once you run out of enough to follow the pattern, just add the all extras on to another skewer. 4. Grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 min per side or until largest piece of chicken reaches 165°F internal. Once done, remove and let cool for a few minutes. 5.
