Amazon does not like when sellers sell their accounts!

my account was shut down over suspected IP violation. I used a generic public domain character to describe my product ( which is based off of this character; its my own design) However another company has the trademark to this public domain character. I dont use any assets from this other company. I havent been able to appeal successfully and in the policy notification there was no contact forr the complaining party. What can I do? thank you

I need help whit this they need a supply chain invoice to unlock my account and supplier will nit give it to mee ?theres any other way? I’ve being shut 6 months they just recently took hold of inventory waiting on them for removal of inventory.

That's an issue. Amazon a company that could sell my items want to know my vendors and contacts. I would never agree with that.

I believe I may have gotten one of these letters a few days ago. It says something about section 3. I am new at this business and I have done my best to be meticulous with everything I’ve learned on how to do this business. I’m doing the wholesale model. I feel like Amazon thinks that I am altering invoices. And they also feel like I may have stolen merchandise. this 14 day review they’ve asked me to give them different information for three different asins. So I am doing that as we speak. I am methodically going down the line with each ASIN and giving them proof of the order the invoice the payment, credit card bill, bank statement whatever they want. I am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping that everything works out fine for us. We are definitely selling merchandise that we have purchased and paid for as I am in quite a bit of debt at this time until I sell them.

So you’re saying it’s OK for a family member to work with me on the same seller account in the same location but it’s not OK if a family member in the same location opens their own professional Amazon seller account that’s different from mine, then you can have problems with Amazon?

I’m new with this Amazon business. How can I know for sure that I am working with an authorized distributor or wholesaler? All of the suppliers I have worked with so far give me invoices. The invoices look official. Amazon’s approved a lot of these invoices. Some of them have not been approved for reasons that are unknown to me. I’m thinking that the only way to know if our supplier is an authorized distributor or wholesaler for a brand is to call the brand and ask them for their list of distributors /wholesalers? Or look at their website and see if they have them listed there? Please give me some insight on this?

So my products go to a prep center, I will make sure that I have the prep center check this or perhaps I should probably have the suppliers send me a picture of this before I purchase it, correct? How many days out does Amazon require the expiration date to be?

OK, so just to clarify, when I go to set my pricing on a listing, all the other sellers on that listing, I should not put my price at the exact same price as any of their pricing? Got it. Thank you so much I appreciate all of your input.
