I had issues with the safety and plunge switches as far as their positioning. It made it awkward to begin cutting because you have to push and pull the switches to use. I ended up removing the plunge switch mechanism so it freely plunges without needing to manipulate it further. It’s a good little saw for quick work

Please update this video. I bought the Rotorazer Platinum last month (11/2023) and it does not work like this exactly. Still having trouble changing the blade per this video.

With that demo you did a perfect job demonstrating the use of a Chinese piece of crap. You failed your industrial arts class ! I just opened the Rotorazer that my wife got me for Christmas, I didn’t need it till now. It does not adjust to the stated depth ! The worm drive is out of adjustment (blade has a side to side wobble) blade shaft machined poorly; out of round. Seems to run without vibration or noise when no blade is attached. Very much vibration and increased noise when running with blade attached. Haven’t used yet ! I’m afraid to ! I’m a professional craftsman and I will make arrangements to return this product. There are much better mini corded and battery powered mini saws out there for the same price !

The only feature I would like is the ability to lock the base in position like a skill saw because cutting round holes in tile is difficult having to physically hold up the base

If Nathan had an oscillating multi tool as an option for the dry wall then it would’ve been a different scenario.

You should show how to change the blade, I bought one but it is hard to unscrew the screw.

I was looking for a review of the saw because it looks amazing on the commercials.... but if I were you, I wouldn't use this to advertise my woodworking or even furniture building skills.... anyway, can't tell if the sloppy cuts are the saw or your experience using it so will keep looking.
